Why do you need a list?
- Do I need to download anything?
- No, YourContents is a website and the software is built in to the website.
- Is it free?
- We would love to offer this service for free, but free services come and go. So we have decided to charge a minimal charge of less than £1 per month per home paid yearly
- How many homes can I have?
- Your account portfolio can have as many homes as you want. Each home can have any number of rooms (Including garden/sheds etc.), and each room/area can have as many items as you want. Each home has a gallery and the gallery items can be attached to the home/room item.
- Can I upload anything but photos?
- This service is limited to photos/scanned images. Scanned images maybe reciepts or purchase documents can also be uploaded as well. Each Home/Room/Item can have any amount of multiple images attached to it. However we do not support video at this time as insurers do not have time to view video and you can not put video in printed reports.
- Can I use different currencies?
- Each home can be set up to display and work in 3 different currencies. GBP, EUR and USD with a number of formatting options. It is also possible for us to add more formats if required, please contact us.

- Don't worry, we won't bombard you with spam or sell your details! on your properties.
Frequently asked questions
- Whats the Add home wizard?
- The Add Home Wizard allows you to very quicly setup a Basic home inventory. Simply enter the home name (No address) and some details of the property, then select the number of each type of room in the house. The software will then create all the rooms for you and populate them with several basic items in that you would find in that room. For example a Kitchen would have a cooker and fridge in it (Ok in most cases!). These items come with basic valuations and of course can be deleted and edited. Very qucikly you can build up a basic home inventory to which you can expand and edit. After the basic inventory is loaded you can then bulk upload photos (far quicker than uploading for each item) and then attach the pictures in the gallery to the items.
- Why store it with us?
- Being online means we are available 24/7 from any pc with a good web connection. Why store it at home, the place where is COULD get destroyed? Then what would you have?
